Tonight is the debate, 9pm. I expect you all to watch, or else! Sure, the debates are closed to all but the two main parties, the camera angles and audience are pre-picked, the hairdos perfectly tuned - but this is the best we've got.

So a few of pre-debate polls for you to chew on . The first is a brand spanking new L.A. Times poll in which Bush is leading Kerry by 5 points.

This article in Investor's Business Daily describes a few polls and mentions that everything is close, which it is, but if we look here it's pretty obvious that, according to the polls, Bush is ahead, however slightly.

So watch the debate tonight! I know I will, If I can find a television.
